The securing of rights and protection of intellectual property assets in the industrial technology and entertainment industries are a focus of policymakers as global theft and espionage threatens the development of new emerging technologies. We have partnered with entities to monitor federal legislation and proposed policy amendments to laws at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Copyright Office (CO) on issues from cybersecurity improvements to commercial property exploitation and protection.  Recent USPTO and CO regulations are the paths to secure future business assets which SAV is committed to securing for its partners.
